The aim of this section is to present the progress of the implementation of Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) in each Research Performing Organisation (RPO) involved in the project (University of Munster, University of Liechtenstein, University of Turku, Kaunas University of Technology, The University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, University of Minho, Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economic). To design and implement tailored made GEPs, first, we had to examine the current status of gender distribution at each RPO. After a thorough research for best practices, innovative approaches in the field of GEPs and gender equality in EU level, we established a multidisciplinary and multi-sectorial GEP Working Group at each partner university to get actively involved in the different design, implementation and monitoring phase.
